How to send a parcel?
We made sure the process is simple and clear. Follow a few steps — and your parcel will reach the recipient quickly and safely.
Check the contents and prepare them for packing. Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap and secure them to avoid damage during transit. Make sure all items are allowed for transportation.
To ensure your parcel arrives intact and undamaged, please follow the packing rules:
- Fragile items — in bubble wrap or foam.
- Clothing, textiles — in vacuum bags or durable bags
- Appliances — in original packaging or with additional securing.
- Liquids — in hermetically sealed containers + additional packaging.
- The box must be dense and strong.
The sender is responsible for proper packing. If necessary, we can help with additional packaging.
On the top of the box, be sure to indicate:
- recipient’s last name and first name;
- phone number;
- city and postal code.
After that, send the parcel to us via Nova Poshta.

Upon receipt, we weigh your parcel, register it in the system, and prepare it for further delivery.
